The bridge between client goals and on-site execution. You ensure the right people, the best equipment, and the perfect strategy come together. You hold the ultimate responsibility for delivering the IsoGuard promise.

- Site Access: CSCS Certification & SC Clearance Vetting.
- Core H&S: Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, COSHH (Chemical Safety).

- CNet DCCS Exam: Data Centre Cleaning Specialist accreditation.
- BAFE Fire Safety: 4-day intensive BAFE/IFEDA Fire Extinguisher Technician course to enable legal sign-off on annual audits [History].
- Precision Instrumentation: Basic operation of the TSI AeroTrak Particle Counter and FLIR Thermal Imager
- Advanced Diagnostics: FLIR Thermal Imaging analysis & Airflow mapping.
- Forensic Reporting: Compiling the Service Report & Digital Evidence Pack.
- Site Leadership: RAMS (Risk Assessment) enforcement & client liaison.
- Emergency Response: Protocols for spills/contamination events.
- IoT Deployment: Advanced setup and calibration of IsoGuard Sentry™ networks. CRAC Filter Technical Replacement.
- Instructor Status: Training the next generation of Associates. BAFE / IFEDA Fire Extinguisher Technician Course.
- Quality Auditing: Internal auditing of Lead Technicians against ISO standards.
- Commercial Scoping: Site surveying, pricing, and resource planning.
- Client Strategy: Interpreting data trends (via Sentry™) to advise clients on strategy.
- Aerial Access: IPAF (MEWPs) & PASMA (Towers) for overhead void works.
- Critical Incident Training: Protocols on handling emergency situations and client escalations.
